Analytic Summaries

The analytic summaries below are not minutes of the Steering Committee meetings. Rather, each is an overview of a meeting and a grouping of similar ideas raised during the discussion. A summary represents the Committee’s vivid debates – consensus on some points and differing perspectives on others – and the evolution of the group’s thinking during the planning process.
